Applying in obc category in a bank.

Hi, IM Sameer.Recently, IBPS conducted written a test for the probationary officers ,the score card issued by which is being accepted by 19 public sector banks. The score card is valid for 1 year. Banks come up with their own advertisements with seperate eligibility criteria.I applied in the general category for the written test as my OBC cert. was under process. But now I got the OBC cert. and I wish to apply in response to the individual bank ads in the OBC category. But my scorecard shows general category. Also the Banks are saying that, we get basic information about the candidates from the IBPS server, if they can change it, the banks have no problem.I requested the IBPS to change my category, but they refused straightaway. Is there any legal way out Sirs ?

Bar exam

Dear Sir/Madam
I wrote the supplementary examination of the academic year 2008-2009 conducted in February 2010 . I graduated and received my certificate for the same on the 17 th April 2010 before the resolution date ( 30 April 2010) of BCI making compulsory to write AIBE.As I graduated before the date of resolution and before the examination of the academic year 2009-2010.I am in doubt whether I should write the exam or not.
Kindly advice me on this.
Yours truly

Company law

correct me if this is wrong

In case of dividend...

"it is said that the dividend can be declared out of profits and never out of "capital".."

here what does capital means.. is capital means capital reserve...???

so the above staement can be reproduced as dividend can be declared out of profits and free reserve and never out of capital reserve which is set aside for any specific purpose...is this correct and consistent with above statement....

Company law

It is said a private company which a subsidiary of public company is a public company.

Than is it that when a private company becomes a subsidiary of public company, the private company is required to increase its number of members from 2 to 7. Directors are required to increase from 2 to 3....?????

If the answer is negative because of the reason that the private company is a separate legal entity than what is reason that other provisions which are applicable to a public company are made applicable to a private company....???????
