I HAD TAKEN ADMISSION IN ENG. COLLEGE IN BANGLORE,BUT AFTER FEW MONTHS I FELT SICK DUE TO JAUNDICE AND SINUS. I WAS UNABLE TO STAY ALONE IN BANGLORE,SO I LEFT THE COLLEGE. I HAVE PAID ALL THE FEES FOR THE FIRST YEAR AND SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS. AFTER LEAVING COLLEGE NOW WHEN I AM ASKING THEM FOR MY DOCUMENT THEY R NOT GIVING IT BACK. THEY R TELLING I HAVE TO PAY FEES FOR ALL 4 YRS. THEN ONLY I WILL GET IT BACK. AS MY DOC. ARE NOT WITH ME I CANT DO ANY THING. WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE IN THIS CASE, PLEASE SUGGEST

How to file a case(public interest case) in court by myself without help of any lawyers. Can i send registered post to court for filing case .? or
Is mandatory of filing case with lawyers.?

what is the difference between hindu marriage act and hindu adoption and maintenance act in terms of maintenance?

i am a cs final(professional programme) student...want to do llb..
i want to know
whether i should go for llb from delhi university or from ccs..i am getting gradute this year (goin to give my 3rd yr exams next to next week)
if i take admission in ccs..i can concentrate more on my cs training which is for 15 months..as there is no attendance problem in ccs..
but on the other hand if i take admission in delhi university i have to maintain 75% attention..but quality of education in delhi university is far better than ccs (as my friends say)..
what should be the approach..plz guide..

i am a junior Engineer in CPWD joined in july 2011.i completed my 1st year m-tech from Govt engineering college and take break of study from college.my probation on CPWD completed on july 2013.i want to join the m-tech course in july 2013 as it is the last chance according to rule of university .on what leave rule of central government i can join for the course.kindly suggest me the leave applicable for me to join master degree
