Hello sir,
im an automation engineer. during my search for a job, i heard about an institution through internet. ACS pune well known institution in india. i called them, they told me that , they have a placement department and i have to pay 3000rs as registration fee, then they will arrange some interviews. also they send me an email regarding this. the mail was also from the institution's mail address. they told me to put the money in their account specified in the email. i paid the amount. then no response is from them. they are not answering my call, no emails,, i mailed them but no reply. i dont know what to do. is there any way to get back money money? any law is there to move against them??

I am doing my final year in civil engineering and I am interested to study L.L.B. Can anyone say which law colleges are offering law after my degree completion and should I take any entrance exam for applying law.

If a student secured a post graduation in sociology from calicut university in 2002.He got 52 % of marks. 5 years later he secured another post graduation in sociology from madras university.Then he got 56 % of marks.(Really he secured two post graduation in the same subject from two different universities)
queries are
1. Is it a violation of any law.
2. Whether both the post graduation are valid.
3. Whether he is bound to cancel one degree.
4. He secured same PG to get more marks so that he can attend NET exam.Is there any objection.
sir your valuable guidance is sought.I would like to know the words PG in the same subject in your kind attrention.

Hi Friends,
Father name is misspelled and printed wrong.
In 10 class Certificate (All certificates) Father Name is spelled wrong. Hence has gone to SSC board and tried to get it corrected. But no luck.
What is the correct procedure to change Fathers name?

Currently the scenario of higher education have more than one exam such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, IRMA.
So If a student aims for doing MBA he needs to first give many exams .
Above this The application dates for applying to colleges end before results are declared.
Usually like in 11-12th , bachelors degree students fills application only after result are declared so why such system is not present for higher education.
Also if you want to apply for course against different exam like say for XAT and CAT then you need to fill 2 different forms so you will end up paying twice the money.
Neither the Ministry of HRD nor government of India is looking such fraud.
So what can I do... Should i raise RTI or PIL and how should I proceed ...

My name is sathih punati from hyderabad. Till now I kept all my signatures on pancard driving license my simple name.In my recent exam Indian Engineering Services also I kept the same sign. But it is easy to copy by others no I want to change my sign. Is it possible??
