sir/mam,
please tell me is there any ordinance related to duration between ending of university exams and result declaration.
i am final year pg student my exams had been completed on sept. 8 still i am waiting for my result as i said i m final yr student and i cant apply for job without my final result, so getting result soon is imp for me. Can i complain for early declaration of my result to governor.

Dear sir,I had applied for my caste validity certificate at regional samaj kalyan department here in Nagpur since last 3 years,i had received a letter few months back stating that my application has been rejected,because the authorities had inquired the leaving certificate of my father and my grand father,and they found some correction in the municipal corporation school register in both the names and the initials of the head master of the school at that time has been done..
Because of the above mentioned reason the samaj kalyan authorities had been rejected my application..i visited the office they were rudely behaving and were blaming us that we had manipulated the school records..since last 2 sessions myself and my younger sister are not going to the college,because they are not allowing us to appear for the yearly exams.
other reason is that i just have my fathers original school leaving certificate and my grandfather's school leaving certificate,and our caste "Chapparband" is mentioned in both the certificates,apart from this i don't have any other document to show because,my grand father and his family were v poor and uneducated that time..
Kindly suggest me the ways of fetching our Validity Certificate..

what does a "RETAINER & RETAINEE" means in terms of a employement? and
what does hypothecation means?
