I am Kapil Gola, working as a IT professional in a reputed company and having Degree of BCA and MCA with First division, i am also pursuing LL.B.(2nd Year) from Delhi University.
Want to know that:
1. How can i utilizing my IT background in Law field.
2. Other Career option in Law for me.
Kindly provide me guidance to make my career in law.

Share are considered as goods under Consumer Protection Act. Is a suit filed by son of a shareholder maintainable under consumer protection act?
Is there any case where such a suit has been held invalid on grounds of case being filed by the Son being a third party? Pls refer the same.
Hi!Iam a female law graduate from Kerala .I had completed my LLB (5yrs)in 1998.I have also done my MLM Master of labour management(distance education) and PG diploma in Human Resource from LIBA(Loyala Institute of Business Management)Chennai.I have a legal practice of just 6 months and had to take a career break due to family.Now I want get back to work.Please let me know how to take it further.Which line should I opt for(civil,criminal,family,company,patent,constitutional law etc).Should I equip myself by further doing some course?Since Iam a 37yrs already,do I have any career prospects at all?please advise me in detail.Thanks & Regards
