police arrested a pick-pocketer on A date. he was produced before magistrate on next date and police ask for custody on remand on ground that he made a statement he that he has commiting before also the crime of theft and even confess by sharing the hidden place of stolen property. even he said he was beaten and torture by police in custody. even his injury marks are fresh visible in court. on what grounds he can get bail and how to defend his case so he gets less punishment.

My name is MOHAN GAUTAM H. I am B.E(computer) from gujarat university.
since a long time i was aspiring to pursue for CIVIL SERVICES & other government jobs.
But i have a very big confusion. In my college days i use to be very much
politically active & during that time 2 police case for RIOTING etc were
lodged on me,as i was protesting against the faulty Rules & regulations of
university.
Can i still appear for civil services or any other government job.
I am not convicted by any court of law. please guide me on this
front.

Hi ,i am residing in mumbai with my husband.i am applying for banking job.my parents are from rajasthan.my father is working as a school lecturer(gazetted officer).he will retire in month of october .my in laws are from UP.my caste is jat.rajasthan jat is included in central list of OBC ,But jat from up are not.i want to make my OBC certificate,so that i can apply as a obc candidate.
(1) where should i get caste certificate, in fathers place or husbands place.(2)is there difference between caste and OBC certificate.if yes ,where should i get obc certificate and what is the procedure (3) the officials at fathers place deny issuing of OBC certificate saying she has moved to other place after marriage and so they cant issue, what to do? .please help

My age is 26, I done my graduation in Commerce at the age of 22nd , I m willing to be Corporate Legal professional, can any one suggest me is LLB have any specialization in corporate regulation. I also wanted to know the regular LLB lecture classes timing in Mumbai Law Colleges, I am working professional I cant loose my work , at the same time I want do my LLB.
