R/s i want to know that on gd only a serial no is written with seal or a sign of police official is also present coz i have got the carbon copy of gd for missing aadhar card but there was no signature of police official.so pls help sir.

please throw some light on aditya n prasad vs university of delhi case . it is basically a PIL filed in delhi high court on oct 7 2011. it is regarding promotion rule into next year .
kindly provide me information on it .
i have searched in kanoon website but there is nothing related to the promotion rule case.
there is another case for which one of the expert from this forum has given me the link but it is not related to the promotion of 2 year students in to the 3 year of law

I am a student of LAW and i just want to know that is there any test organised for the students by the respective university before entering into the LLB first year.

Sir, I completed my graduation in 2012, I was selected by a MNC IT company by campus recruitment which gave offer letters(letter of intent)then. Via mail it also promised us joining before July 2012
After completion of graduation, the company gave joining to students of few universities only. And for the rest it conducted a test, said,whoever clears the test in first attempt will get Joining soon but failed students have to go for another test.After conducting a test, due to some reasons it gave away its idea of conducting the second test for the failed candidates, and also stated it will give joining to all with preference to the ones cleared in the test.
Now it has been an year, we(both) are still waiting for our joining, shall we sue the company against the false promise.

I have a problem in my date of birth sir.my 10th and 12th certificates are having a wrong date of birth.original D.O.B is 14-12-1992 but certificates D.O.B is 30-01-1990.this is affect my future.please help me to change my D.O.B..please

I am having a very serious problem with respect to registration of my details made during my 10th, 12th and Graduation.
I would be really grateful if someone can suggest a practical solution :
I gave my 10th class board exams from Delhi (CBSE) in the year 2006.During registration, my Father's name was written as Vidya Sagar Prasad instead of Vidya Sagar Maurya.
And my Domicile Proof, voter ID card and Caste Certificate says that my Father's name is Vidya Sagar Maurya (which is the correct name).
Now I am worried that at the time of verification(in bank or ssc exams) recruiters can reject my selection because of the difference in my father’s name in domicile ,caste certificate and my school certificates. Can they??? If yes what would be the solution…
I would really appreciate, if someone can tell me how to overcome this problem….
