Dear Sir/madam
I borrowed education loan in the year 2005 about 1.20 Lakhs. I did'nt pay interest or Principal amount so far due to low income job and currently i am unemployed. Now it declared as NPA and issued noticed with contents, outstanding as 1,95,796.00, interest as 98K and uncharged interest as 76K. My question is whether the interest will rise further?
But it was insured (endorsed to BANK) for the principal amount and i am paying 5000 per year. now it had 70 thousand including bonus.
now what can i do? I need help.

sir,
One of student undergoing a free vocational training in our campus met with an accident in the campus and died. What will be the compensation that we should be paying to the students family. He is not married nor working.

1. What is the validity of the document of board of director? Resolutions has stated the power delegation to the specific director to enter & negotiate and finalization with execution of deed of sale. ? is it unchallenged ?

Hi Experts,
I tell everything true here.My wife has studied 2nd year b.pharmacy in one pharmacy college(not good to mention names). she has been in management quota, which happened before my marriage.Basically I do not like the way they do business over students, as there are no proper classes engagement.Her parents said they can not pay money. I do not like to pay also, as college may ruin my wife career. I want to get the return of the certificates without fee of the remainaing years(they are asking us to pay all 4 years money).
I do not need them to give certificates back now itself. I can wait for the remaining 2 years as their is no urgency. But i want my wife to study under me of any arts subject in future as i have good knowledge on studies.as soon as the 4 years are over, it should be as early as possible i should get my wife certificates, as law may take more time in case if i am not mistaken.if certicates can be come back before time without paying money and before 4 years also i will be happy.please suggest some solution.
OR should i pay whole 4 years money irrespective of time?

Hello,
I am in a big confusion whether to apply for a correction in my name or not. My educational certificates have different name than the ID proofs.
My name should be Tarun Kumar Garudla but in my 10th, 12th and B.tech , it is Tarun Kumar Garudla Surya(Surya is the name of my Grand father, it has been added to surname by mistake in my 10th certificate and that continued). On voter ID,Ration card the name is Tarun Kumar Garudla and I have PAN card, AADHAR on the other name(Tarun Kumar Garudla Surya). I want my name to be Tarun Kumar Garudla only. I have completed my education now. I am trying to apply for jobs but I am concerned about the name on Educational certificates and ID proofs being different.
I have completed my schooling in 2006, 12th 2008 and b.tech 2012. I have been warned that, I might experience issues applying for govt. jobs. I would like my name to be "Tarun Kumar Garudla".
My Questions are:
1) Should I apply for a correction in name, Is that necessary?
2) How do I go about changing name on Educational Certificates?
3)How long will it take for the correction in names?
4) Or an affidavit on this would be enough?
Please suggest me on this. Waiting for replies.

Hi,
My Name is Navneet Kumar and I reside in Mumbai.And I am a Maharashtra Domicile.
I have an SC certificate from state of Utter-Pradesh so am i eligible to avail the benefits of the cast certificates in sate of Maharashtra as an SC candidate.
Or do i have to make a another cast certificate from the state of Maharashtra.
If yes kindly guide me how to do so.

Sir,
My wife have taken education loan from SBT. She took this for her BSc. Nursing Course (2003 - 07). She had secured 75% marks in Plus Two. Loan amount is 3.45 Laks. The bank authorities have took our property documents for sanctioning loan. Till Sept – 13 we had remitted 1.7 laks in bank. One day bank authorities came to the home and said that they will settle the loan if we pay 5 laks. We did not ask for one time settlement. The branch officials directly contacted us for the settlement. Thus we have remitted 5 laks by pledging her ornaments and from taking loan. Bank said that to come in adalath on 09.09.13 for finalization. But in the adalath they said that we have to remit 1.2 lak more for settlement because they have our land documents. (As per our govt. norms NO GUARANTY NEED FOR EDUCATION LOAN TILL 4 LAKS). And also they said that if they sell our 6 cent of land they will get the double money than our dues. The same bank released the land properties of loan holders in past due to the agitation form the holders association. They now said that why we not took our documents in that days. They said that if we fail to pay this amount before 31.01.14, the bank will proceed with the recovery. Till now we have remitted Rs. 6.7 lac(1.7 + 5) for my 3.45 laks education loan. The bank authorities also agreed that there is no other loan holders are remitted this much amount in education loan in the same bank. We think that this is clearly a cheating from the Branch authorities because with 5 lacs they have assured that they will surely close the loan. In past 2 months so many times we got call from bank that we have to pay the amount before 31.01.2014. Otherwise bank will go for further proceedings. What can I do in this matter.

I am in banglore, i take 10000 from private bank atm centre there i get 3 fake rupees of 500 , that time i dnt know that ,then i went for shoping there i get to know about this fake notes , i have the money taken reciept from atm ,what can i do by legal way against the bank for this big mistake ,please help me!

Cbse denied the name change application what can be done now?

I am in big trouble unintentionally i have been caught in this problem and getting no where out of it.
I did my 10th from CBSE in 2003 which has my mother's name incorrect as Vibha which is her after marriage name but not official) in place of Ramesh Rani. It went all ok till i completed my graduation and other diplomas because it was never asked for mothers name their. Recently i faced a query from the passport office and was mentioned to get it corrected in the 10th certificates. I approached CBSE through proper channel ie. my school but my application has been rejected under 69.(ii) because after 10 years no such request is entertained by the CBSE. I am in big trouble now. can somebody please show me some vision? I am trying for government job and this kind of problem can ruin my career forever. I know its a blunder on my part but is it that big that i have to suffer for it for the whole my life? or should i die because i will be of no where then.
please someone help. where shall i go and what can be done, also i heard of filing a writ but that is time consuming isn't it and i need this to be solved asap. also i am not financially independent so would not like to take huge amounts for lawyers fees from my parents. please someone help i will be really grateful to you.
