I have decided to take admission in LLB. As I completed my graduation in 2004 from Lucknow University. Here, I want to know about the preparation of this course before admission.

Explanation: M/s. S L & Co doing the business of export.For that they have appointed a CHA for clearing. In his Clearing & forwarding service he has raised the ST & SL & co claimed the same .Now the Commissioner of appeal has ordered to return the refund with some conditions.Now we have go for appeal

After my LLB, I want to practice advocacy (as a part time). Currently i am having job. Apart from doing job i want to practice law (during weekends).
Can it is possible for me and how.

I have completed my LLB. I want to do practice in District Court, Kaithal. What is the procedure for enrollment in District Court, Kaithal and Haryana Bar Council. When will the exam held of Bar Council of India. Please tell me full procedure and which documents will be require.

Dear All,
I wish to study B.L or LLB at my age 40. As i understood that there is an age limit of 30 for a 3yrs course.
Is there any university/college that offers degree with no age limit?
Would it be advisable to choose distance learning?
Please advise.

I have completed BBA in 2006 there after pursued Msc in management in 2008. Currently i am 27 yrs of age and will be 28 in June 2014. I have further interests in studying LLB 3 years course from Gujarat. I want to know
1. Is there any age limit? and
2. Will I have to give entrance test ie. CLAT? or am i eligible without the entrance test?.

Regarding one regular and one part time degree from same university
Respected Experts,
I have completed my MCA in 2006 and teaching for the last 5 years. I took admission in M.Tech Computer Sc.(4 semester course) part time course at UP Technical University in 2011 and this course is available for only teachers.
I have cleared 3 semesters exams and now, i have to submit M.Tech thesis for the award of degree.
In the mean time(september 2013), I am selected for PhD program through an entrance examination at an autonomous college of the same university(UP technical).
please tell me that can i legally be registered in PhD course at this college as my M.Tech thesis is still to be submitted.
Although, I have already taken my seat in Phd course on behalf of MCA degree. my college did not take any objection on it as i have submitted that my M.Tech result is awaited.
I have a doubt that university can cancel my admission and even degree on later stages.
could you please advise or send me some judgements regarding my matter.
