Respected forum experts,
Myself Rupinderpal and have passed +2 this year with non med stream. I wanted to ask that i am from punjab and does it matter to study law from a private university or college ? Please help me , and let me know is it beneficial to study law from a private university or college or a from a govt. college of law . I am thinking about to get admission in LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY ,JALANDHAR and this private university is introducing law this year only . I am from punjab and please refer me some best colleges to study law.

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
My Cousin appeared in her B.com 2nd year exam and even gave her ATKT exam. In the final result she is shown Absent in the ATKT subject.
She was asked by the college principal to go to the University with her problem. More than 5 times she has gone to the University and submitted all the substantial evidences and everytime she is asked to come next time.
She lives in different city and has to commute almost 400 kms ( both ways) to go to the university.She pleaded the principal again and he is delaying asking her to come next time.
So neither the College nor the university is listening to this matter.
My querry is what action can be taken against this? According to me this is the college mistake and why should this girl make rounds to university again n again? The college should rectify the mistake or should write university to provide her with the correct marksheet?
College is in Mandsaur ( MP) falls under Vikaram University- Ujjain ( MP )
Can we go to NHRC in this case?

Respected Sir/Madam,
Is pursuing 2 degrees from 2 open universities at a time valid? If yes, then are there any specific rules and regulations of open universities and is it compulsory to take permission from one open university before taking admission in another open university?

I'm M.Tech student thinking of doing my PhD in abroad , i want to change my name entirely(Not part of the name but name itself), i'm following the legal procedure to change my name. After getting name change certificate will it be possible to change name in all certificates??, if i'll take passport with my new name will there be any problem??
please kindly clarify my doubts as quickly as possible

Q-2- Is there any Exam for becoming a Judge or an Advocate will promoted to be a judge ?
Q-3- What is Experience and Qualification is required for becoming a Judge?
Q-4- Becoming a Judge is a central govt. process or a state govt. process.

hi,this is a student of one of the institutes of India. we were supposed to make a project in our institute due to which we needed to contact one company which provided printed circuit boards.so this to me seems to be fake because they charged money for some services they never delivered.this is like we need to make online ordering for the product we want.so i have come across 3-4 instances regarding the same.these are as follows:
1.when we go to online order on this site ,we are asked in how many days we want the product to be delivered.they charge according to the days in which we want the product.so my friend ordered in premium package in which they were supposed to deliver it in 3 days due to which they were charged very high money which is double of cost for that days in which the product was actually delivered i.e. 7 days.due the same my friend was not able to give project on time.
2. they have some problem in their site due to which one of my friend was made to pay much more than he deserved to pay.it was like my friend ordered for 3 pieces of the product and made the payment. due to some error in their site the same order generated again and that is of 3 pieces again.so when my friend call them to cancel one order ,they blackmailed him saying that
if cancel this order,they will not give previously ordered 3 pieces due which my friend was made to take 6 pieces of the product which he never needed.again money wasted.
3.one of my friend ordered the product and made the payment online but the site again faltered and took it as cash on delivery
.so when the product came to his place,he was asked for the payment(cash)which he has already made before.so the product was not delivered to him and again they were handed the product 3 days after due which they were not able to submit project on time.
I hope you must have understood what type of fake promises they make which are never delivered.
So please reply soon and tell me what amount of compensation can i get from this company by filing a case in the consumer court.
