Respected Lawyers,
I need your valuable guidance in withdrawing the case from Hon'able State Consumer Forum Delhi.
I had filed a case against a builder for delay in possession of my flat through a Lawyer (searched online). Now that I have reached an amicable agreement with the builder, I want to withdraw the case from Hon'able State Consumer Forum Delhi.
Today I spoke with my Lawyer to withdraw the case and he told me that it would cost me Rs.12000/- or more to withdraw the case. Respected Lawyers, I wanted your valuable advise as to how much it costs to withdraw a consumer case? Also, can I myself go ahead and withdraw the case and what is the procedure for it? What all documents would be required to withdraw the case as all my case papers are with my lawyer.
Please suggest. Thanks in anticipation.

mera name rajat verma hai.. age- 17 year.. mere papa ji k 6 bhai ...sabse chote bale bhai ne sabse bde bale bhai k bete pr goli chala di... case chal raha hai.. baat ab property ki h.. 1-2 crore ki hai.. mere papa ji ne unka treatment kraya jisse 5 bhai hmare dusman ho gye haii.. bo cahate k bs jiske goli mari thi uske paise de kr case bnd kr le.. chalo koi ni but ab hm kisi se matlb nahi rakhna cahate.. usnka case kesa bhi ho kuch bhi ho.. hme matlb ni ... ab hm sirf apna hissa cahate hai... bo kese milega.. kyoki sb to dusman h.. dhamki dete.. naa hmara hissa dena cahate.. to hm kya kre jisse jaldi hissa mil jaye or hm is sb dushmano se dur chale jayeeee... papa ji ki sister h 2. bo tk hmara sath nahi deti...

I had file an appeal for rti but in appeal proceeding the PIO has taken the ground that I have already posted your information through simple post but I have not received any such posted by him . My question is that whether the PIO can deposit RTI information by simple post and another thing is that he does not give any notice regarding expenses instead of receiving any expenses he has posted the information through simple post. Whether a information posted by simple post is valid. The most important thing is that he posted information after the expiry of period of 30days and information is incoplete . They said that they have only that much information. Then what is the ground appeal from my side. Plz tell me in detail with legal grounds for appeal

Technical resignation
i had been appointed as postal asstt(GP-2400). in DOP on 14.10.08. now i have been selected as asstt. teacher (GP-4600)in junior in UP state govt. i hv appLied for the latter post through proper channel and hv also got NOC from the dept. i have to join till 3rd oct but still some cases are pending in junior TEACHER . I WANT TO KNOW THAT IS THERE ANY OPTION TO JOIN THE NEW SERVICE OTHER THAN TECHNICAL RESIGNATION SO THAT IF THERE IS ANY IRREGULARITY DUE TO COURT CASES, DO I HAVE ANY CHANCE TO RETURN TO PREVIOUS SERVICE.....KINDLY REPLY SOON
