Hi,
We stay in Thane city. Our flat is a terrace flat on last floor(3rd floor, terrace is open to sky). The terrace along with its area is been mentioned in the ragisterd sale agreement. In addition, it is also shown in the approved TMC plan of the building. The building was constructed in 1979. Our tax asessment also mentions the terrace and we are paying property tax accordingly. There is another terrace alongside of our private terrace which is a common terrace of the society. Our building is going for redevelopment. Builder agreed to give us the terrace. However, the proposed new plan has the terrace attched to flat but the entrance to the terrace is from common lobby. Builder's architect says he cannot give entrance through flat as it is againts DC rules (thane) and asked us to pass a resolution and take the ownership of the terrace with noc from society. However, as per my understanding currently we are rightful owners of the terrace as the entrance to the terrace is shown via bedroom in the current plan but what builder is asking us to accept seems to me is just a provision to use the terrace as a personal terrace but it will not remain rightfully ours. I would like to know is there really a rule in thane dc rule book that says flats with attached "open to sky" terrace are not allowed. Or builder is not giving us our fare share? Please guide how do we put forward our point in front of the builder? is there any leagale backing for us to demand the terrace that should be shown on approved plan or can we at least demand 1/3rd area in compensation against giving away the exiating terrace?

Hello Friend I need your help on following situation.
I have given society maintenance post dated cheque to society office on 3rd April 2017.
Cheque Date was mention as 15th April 2017. Society has given me proper receipt for the same. Society Admin deposit my cheque on 8th April 2017. Bank has rejected my check and charge 405 rupees as fine. I have told this incident to Society Chairman. Instead of accepting admin officer fault he asked me why you have given post dated cheque? and from next please make sure to given us current date cheque.
I want to understand what our law said? Can i legally reply to society?

A bank transferred a huge sum from an account to another account in the same bank using loose cheque which according to the bank was issued 5 years earlier prior to issue of regular cheque book.the bank has done so to get an npa account settled despite of notice not to transfer the amount.what is the remedy.

NK Assami sir, this case about corruption, the lokayukta police Karnataka was arrested me in false corruption case. And produce at district season court. And departmental Enquiry held in their hands means at lokayukta department but I am belongs to revenue department. In this case the district session Court I win the case the court decided iam not involving in corruption hence I win but the departmental Enquiry and decided iam corrupted and recommended to my revenue department to give the compulsory retirement to me. Iam shocked in one case there are two judgment how it is possible ? Sir plse help me

HUF में मकान मालिक या HUF कर्ता के निधन हो जाने पर बिना घर नामान्तरण के हस्ताक्षर कर्ता बदल कर किरायानामा सम्पादित किया जा सकता है की नहीं ! या कोई विधि है कि नामांतरण होने तक नया एग्रीमेंट वैध रहे HUF family ke शपथ पत्र आपसी सहमति पत्र के द्वारा. जवाब हिंदी या इंग्लिश में दिया जा सकता है

विमुद्रीकरण के दौरान मेरे ५०० के पुराने नोट जो की बैंक ने इस आधार पर नहीं लिया कि " वह नोट कटे फटे दीमक लगे स्वाईल नोट है तथा भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की स्वच्छ नोट निति के अनुसार चलन योग्य नहीं है " जबकि प्राइम मिनिस्टर के ८ नवंबर के सम्बोधन में रात के १२ बजे के बाद वह ५००/१००० रद्दी होने कही थी
साथ ही साथ व्हाटप के मैसेज आधार पर ग्रामीण बैंक द्वारा अच्छे नोट को भी समयावधि में भी नहीं लिया गया दोनों की तुरंत शिकायत की गयी इस हेतु बैंक के अलावा भारत के प्राइम मिनिस्टर और आर बी आई को पार्टी किस नियम के तहत बनाया जा सकता है

There are some illegal mobile towers in my society, schools and hospitals which is causing health hazards. Is there any way we can challenge such illegal installations.Please let me know. I am staying in Vashi , Navi mumbai.

The lokayukta makes the department mental enquiry and makes opposite decision of district session Court. And gives compulsory retirement recommendation to govt. And govt released shokas notice to me to give answer in writing and asked my date of retairment, sir I am shocked today how is possible the district session Court I win the case. The court decided iam not involving in corrption, Sir plse help what can I do next? Plse help
