I have been living in a rented house since one year which is new constructed Assam Type house. The owner of the house rented it me at Rs. 3500 including electricity n water. After some months she began to take rent of Rs. 500 for car parking, a temporary shade which was built on my expenses. She doesn't allow to use other electrical equipments apart from fan n a clf bulb. After 3 1/2 I changed my room to the next one as I was unable to open my windows as there was lots of bushes behind it along with insects and snakes. She increased Rs. 200 as to her the room was a little bigger than the other. I agreed too n my rent became Rs. 4200.
But now again she wants to increase Rs. 200 more n moreover she doesn't want to make any agreement nor doesn't she wants to listen to anything. Whenever I say anything she tells me to leave the room. What should I do because rooms nearby are not easily available n moving from one place to another is a hard job??

sir,i have filed a complaint u/s 138 ni act.
i have sand a legal notice to 2 persons . A & B . in the trial court during the trial i found that i have i should have sand the notice to C not to A.i move application in trail court which was allowed. but revision filed by the res. allowed. ill advise given by the counsel i have not approach high court.
in the trail court i m secede.
but appellant court said the you should have sent the legal notice to right person.that is C.order set aside.
now in the against acciutial can i taken this plea. in high court. wh remady i have.
kindly help me.

I'm terminated from past compaby and I joined to another company after 3months my BGV -Background verification Comes negative what will be do in this case from HR of new company and if I continue my work r not. Pls suggest me in good words I'm awaiting your revert thanks to all.

Smy security cheque bounced in last month by company which was given blank for security purpose only.
I received notice by company .. they clearly mentioned that they reminded me for the outstanding amount and after there so call reminder i handed over the said cheque with amount filled by me .
Now seen is that the amount is filled by company itself with date and i never know the amount due .. they never made any demand for the said amount to me on mail or by any means.. i had already made a stop payment and and also informed to them by legal notice that not to use my cheque then also they did the same.. stop paYment memo received to them ..
As they mention in notice .. i had purposly done stop payment . But i intimated them reguading this then also they misused my blank security cheques .. is case stands. Or i shall go for quashing

There is guidelines for EOW to take up cases of not less than Rs. 2 crores in property disputes as per “Functional Requirement Specifications (Annexure-I), Crime & Criminal Tracking Network & Systems”.
The question is - If any officer has authority to overrule this norm. A response shall be highly appreciated.

I bought a constructed house with Electricity Facility. My house area belongs to Muslim community, administered by Tamilnadu Wakf Board.But Wakf Board do not have any direct connection with us and they are not doing any service to our colony.I renovated my old house and additionally I built two floor. I applied to electricity department for additional electricity lines. My application has been rejected, informed me to obtain ' NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE' from Tamilnadu Wakf Board.
Kindly advise how to obtain electricity lines for my house. Also I would like to receive the clarification over the following.
1. Is there is any rule in Tamilnadu Electrcity Department to deny Electricity Lines to the citizen of india by stating obtain NOC.
2. People who are staying in Poromboke and lake area are getting electirity lines to their unauthorised house.Why I am being refused to give electricity lines.

The principal of poi residing abroad canada. Payment of post office accounts is to be made to the holder of poi. I want to get life certificate of the principal of poi. Who can issue life crrtificate from abroad.

As per bye laws maintenance charges are charged on the basis of per unit irrespective of the area of the unit except prop.tax, lease rent & water chgs.
But regarding the income of Hsg. Soc. the distribution of income is not mentioned hence can anybody advise?

Girl threatened to file case under 376
Dear All.
i was in relationship with a girl with consented physical relation. later i realize that her behavior is not normal she always lie. hence i decide to break up when i let her know she has threatened me to file the case u/s 376
pls clarify :- will it amount to rape. will police or court send her for medical examination. will medical report reveal that it was not rape.
pls let me know how it save my life.........
