Hello,
I am a bengali girl married to a UP man. We both are settled here in West Bengal. My husband is residing in West Bengal with his family since childhood. I would like to apply for caste certificate now. Kindly clarify the below points:
a) I have not changed my surname and all my documents are in my maiden name and maiden address. Is it mandatory to change surname before applying for caste certificate? Also which address do i need to mention while applying for caste certificate as all my documents contain address of my parents house?
b) As caste doesnt change after marriage, whose income (parents or husband) is to be considered for non creamy layer?
c) I belong to obc non creamy layer from my father's side. However i dont have any blood relation certificate from my father's side. What should be the subsitute for this? Do i need to get affidavit for this or get it certified from a local councillor or some other thing.
Please suggest.
Regards,
Saberi

Hi Experts,
I hired a Gurgaon based movers and packers for transportation of my Household items and Car from Gurgaon to Hyderabad. He charged for GST and Insurance as well.
We received household goods but some were broken. He shared a insurance policy of someone else after scanning and changing the name and period. When i inquired from insurance company, policy was issued in 2016 in different person name. So, i am not able to claim anything from insurance company. He charged 6000 rs for that.
He is not delivering my car and asking for more money. I have few questions:-
1. What action i can take against him.
2. Can i file FIR for doing Fraud by sharing invalid policy copy.
3. Can i file police complaint in Hyderabad.
4. Can i file consumer court complaint in Hyderabad.
5. How much time does it take to act from Police perspective
6. How much time consumer court does take.

I want to buy a house from my elder brother
Banks rejected to me for homeloan
My mothers elder brother{My MAMA] was living with us since 20 years. His wife was died before his death, and he has no children. My mother and myelf were looking after him. He has agriculture land at different place. A farmer is looking after that land. My mama was suffering with TB and he was treted for the same. The medical bill was paid by me. Later he was suffering with dementia and then parkinsons desease. At that time the farmer with a bad intention taken signature on blank Bond paper . After the death of my Mama the said farmer written a will on that bond peper stating that my mama was living in his house and all the medical expences and maintainance expences and all other things were taken care by him.By his service my mama made that will on his name. on the basis of that will he applied for transfer of my Mams property. My mother submitted objection for property transfer with the Tahsilder stating that the farmer is not a blood relative to us,my mama was living with her. All the medical expences were made by herself attaching the voter Id, Gas connection book, medical bills residance certificate and succession certificate etc. The RTC case was conducted and the Tahasildar given judgment that the property can not e transfered on the basis of will unless it is probated by the Civil court. Now the farmer filed case in the court and my mother is also filed the objection. We got all the above documents.
The farmer submitted a wrong affidavit stating that my mama is his Uncle for getting a death certificate from the place where my Mama was living. But my Mam was expired in the hospital at the different place and the death was registered by the hospital.I have the copy of the same. My quarrey is that:
1. Will made by the Dementia patient is valid.
2. Can we file a criminal[Fraud] case against the farmer on the asis of wrong affidavite.
3. What will be the decision we expect from the court.

Hi,
I have purchased a CAR in year 2012 from Indore by Mr. Praveen Kumar Khosla. The deal was finalized in 3,92,000 Rs out of which I paid 1, 30,000 Rs in cheque 61,000 Rs in cash and rest 2,01,763 Thousand was outstanding amount on Car loan from HDFC bank on Vehicle. As per the deal document, i had to pay the Load amount which I paid and finished the loan amount in September 2014. After the loan payment I kept asking the ex-owner regarding the NOC from the BANK so that i can register the car on my name, but this guy always came up with some excuses and never gave me clear answer for NOC. I connected with HDFC bank and got to know that the NOC cannt be generated because Mr. Praveen Khosla has some dispute with the Bank regarding non payment of a credit card. I am stuck as Mr Praveen is saying that he is in legal battle with the bank and cant provide me the NOC. it is more than 3.5 years and I cant register the car on my name nor I can sell it.
I need urgent help in this regard.

As per bye-laws is there any age limit beyond which one should not hold any position as office bearer of apartment / condominium registered under MOFA Act in Maharashtra.
Hello,
I am seeking opinion regarding maintainability of a writ petition filed under Article 226 & 227 r/w section 343 & 344 of DMC Act 1957 in Delhi High Court for demolishing the unauthorized construction. Petitioner has filed the writ of mandamus in delhi high court directing mcd to demolish the recently constructed new but unauthorised building. Can we take up the plea that honble court should dismiss it with order to file it in mcd tribunal or any other DC because alternate remedy is available. Petitioner is seeking the demolition. Building is already occupied by the respective occupants who bought tge respective flats. All apartments sold under registered sale deed with loan running from DHFL. Builder has offered the petitioner for reasonable repair in his house of which he is saying that some cracks has been caused in his house due to construction of subject property. He is trying to grab money from builder. Instead of filing in civil court or mcd he went for writ petition! Can we try to get the writ diamissed on the plea that he should first excercise tge alternate reamedy? Please guide
