Hello
Today i was installing my split's outdoor unit on the exterior wall of my building my neighbour started objecting for the same. There is a decent 5 foot space between both the buildings still he is objecting.
Is it illegeal to install a split outdoor unit on the exterior wall of the building ?

Hello Sir,
My problem: I married man and due to some reason relation between me and my wife is not good. Let me clear that I found she is not loyal to me as someone else in her life. After marriage I catch her and same inform to her parents and my parents also as she also accept her guilt. As I am looking for devoice but her parent are saying that parson her and continue the married life with her. In this situation her parents are come to take her native place (Jabalpur) as I am from Nagpur.
So I need your suggestion that in this case what I have to do for me and my family protection in this case after taking her they (her family) can put any dowry complain on use or may me they will harm her and put the responsible to us or by any other way that try to trap us in any false case. They are very respectable family in Jabalpur so I fear they can do the honor killing also and put the blame on us due to our family pressure she committed suicide or something like that.
Should I go for legal Memorandum or something else in which clearly describe in written the situation and take signature of her that she in not under any pressure from my family. Some document which I can present if something happen to her that we are not responsible for that.
Please suggest me.

My midc property in name of late father had mortgage loan of 4 lakh taken in 1986. Recent under midc plan I have paid the amount to get the unit revived and taken my succession certificate and done all compliance to get bcc of the property.
Now I plan to sell the property however this loan is the hindrance. I need noc from them.I have posted letter to them and also emailed butility hey haven\\\\\\\'t replied. Very early the bm has my once said to give 10 lakh for settlement and then she left the branch. Now no one has communicated to me post I couriered letter stating to give noc. Can you please guide me how can i sell in this scenario. Bank hasn\\\\\\\'t replied nor they have sent any correspondence indicating that I have to pay loan. What should i do in this scenario

I am an banker. Promoters of a partnership firm who are also directors in a private limited company have approached us for merger of their partnership firm with pvt Ltd company. Before i issue an NOC what documents or financials i shall asked for.

My name is Jinish Kumar from kochi. we have a family temple and recently doing renovations. the present generation would like to form a trust in the name of the temple. and is also willing to provide the temple land in the name of the trust. since there is no one in our family who has the technical knowledge in making a trust i would like to have your help regarding the matter. we don;t have any outsiders coming to our temple its just for the family members.

NOMINEE HARASSMENT BY AXIS BANK DP
One year ago, my mother passed away. A demat account is there in her name where she registered me as Nominee .
First, 3 months, Axis bank DP kept given vague and conflicting answers. I sent a legal notice to Axis Bank DP. They sent response confirming that I am the nominee and there is no court order or injunction restraining the bank to transmit this a/c to my demat a/c. I did all paperwork they required and sent notarized copies of documents they asked. It has been now close to 12 months. Just a week ago, Axis Bank DP asked me to pay Rs560.63 which I paid. They said they received the payment and DP transmission is in process.
Then, suddenly today I received an e mail stating that I will have to do the entire paperwork again. I don't understand the reason why? Its to delay transmission for another few months.
I have sent complaint e mails to Axis bank CEO, nodal officer. Also complaints to RBI and AxisBank DP thru consumer forum.in.
What should I do now to stop this nominee harassment and to stop delaying tactics by Axis Bank DP.
Your advice is greatly appreciated.
