Whether the appointment of an Amicus Curiae by the Supreme Court can be challenged through a affidavit?
If the Amicus Curiae belongs to the sect of one of the parties of the case in a dispute which is between the 2 sects, can the appointment be challenged?

i client is student studying in india he is from iran and now he wants to export tea to their country. i wanted to know the following points. please clarify
1)can a person with student visa can apply for export license
2)if not what is the other way
3)if he has to get permssion from RBI what is the procedure as he live in bangalore
4)as he does not have a pan card paasport will be enough for ID proof
5)whether bank will open an account in his name
6)can you please tell me step by step procedure to get export license with all documents required
7)how much time does it need to complete the whole procedure

We are doing a business with a company in Togo and have done some wire transfer however, the Bank is refusing to pay the business partner due to which we are occurring a huge loss could you please suggest what we can do in tn this case...

In a motor vehicle accident if the driver of a vehicle1 dies in a hit and run case by another vehicle2 which is declared untraced. The driver of vehicle1 who died does not have a driving licence. In this case is the owner of the vehicle1 liable to pay compensation to the family of driver. The driver of vehicle1 has taken the vehicle from owner for some purpose but used the vehicle for totally different purpose and ended up in the accident.

i) To indicate when a candidate selected and appointed through Competitive Examination various departments joins much earlier to his junior and subsequently joins say one or two years has claims over his seniors Any court orders, His seniority has to be fixed only from the date of junior joining in any departments
ii)whether a candidate appointed regularly through any service commission whether his seniority has to be placed before temporary employees or after them
iii) Any supreme Court judgements in such type of cases
