I have read a report on corporate donations and have found that there are a few "Electoral Trust" who contributes to Political Parties.
It has been given in Section 13B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 that the government will provide rules for "Electoral Trust", but the same have not been established yet.
I wanted to know:
1. How electoral trust are being formed?
2. Is it a simple private trust or approval from any authority is required?
Kindly guide me for the same

I seek advice on the following-
A person has purchased sanitary items from a reputed company on the verbal promise by the representative that 34% discount will be allowed on the printed rate. Accordingly 34% was reduced and Vat @12% was added in the final bill, whereas on each and every box of the item it is printed that MRP is inclusive of all the taxes. Further Freight, cooliage and carriage was also charged extra which almost comes to MRP.
1- Can the person seek explanation from the company when MRP is inclusive of all the taxes and why VAT is added after allowing Discount on MRP with all the taxes at first stage and then Vat added on the final Stage?
2- Can the company calculate like this without mentioning the discount percentage and VAT rate percentage
3- Is this a fit case for consume court or not?

I had purchased my vehicle through company lease. Hence tax receipt was in the name of company. After foreclosing company lease the vehicle was transferred to my name. I paid all the expenses incurred while purchasing this car, including life time road tax to my company at that time. Later I relocated to Andhra Pradesh and registered the vehicle in AP after paying life time road tax. NOC was obtained from Bangalore RTO for this purpose.
I requested for road tax refund for my vehicle at this point which was rejected by the RTO (Rejection letter copy attached) by mentioning that only registered owner of the vehicle who has paid life time tax can claim the refund of the tax. I have incurred all the expenses to buy the car and the decision seems to be unfair. I was the RC owner of vehicle before moving the vehicle to Andhra Pradesh. Is there any way to get the money back?
