Redevelopment and disqualification of committee m20 bond

I bought flat in redeveloped building in 2013, which got OC, and i got possession in May 2014. Old society as it is will continue and their MC members. Society MC term was expired in Jan 2016 still continuing without election or new committee. old building had 13 members and new flat purchasers to be added as members are 12. out of the 13 old members couple of members approached registrar office with complaint of redevelopment and financial irregularities. final hearing was happened and order to be passed as the Society Management committee which was taken control of the society in feb 2011 was not signed the m20 bond. committee disqualification order will be passed very soon.
now my question is what will happen to redevelopment which was signed in June 2012? what will effect to us as new flat purchasers. will that mean our property purchase becomes null and void being redevelopement agreement is becoming illegal due to disqualification of management committee of the society?.
what action can we take against builder and society committee as few old members will support us for filing the case? kindly suggest

Registration legality under KSRA

We are an apartment association registered as ' SM owners welfare association' under KSRA since 2005,in Mysore,Karnataka. Our sale deeds mention the sale of supebuilt area and registered with sub registrar.
Questions:-
1. Is the registrations illegal(issue raised by one owner) Also his letter to association(secretary) says we have to switch to KAOA without the consent of owners in the AGM.
2. Thereby association should forcibly charge maintence charges as per Sq ft basis.
3. If above is not done by association he can lodge a complaint with the majistrate to force switch to KAOA.
4. Can we introduce Sq ft basis maintenance charges retaining our registration under KSRA.
5. RERA 2016 presumably mention Apartment associations need not registered under any act(self managed)and has the authority to fight litigation in the court of law- need clarifications on this point.
6. If decided to go in for KAOA, is the resolution to be passed in AGM(since will be still under KSRA unless swiched)or can it forced and mandatory as per one owner''s letter as said above.
Need an expert opinion to get moving further following processes under various acts applicable.
Pls also send replies to krsripathy@gmail.com if possible.
Thanks in advance to expert lawyes guiding us on this.

Delay in release of property deed from the registry office

On 5th april 2017 my new apartment was registered. The property is sold by the developer who has POA with the land owners. The developer sold his portion to me. The developer and one of the 2 land owners have pan card but the other land owner doesnt have her pan number. On 3rd april she applied for a pan card and a copy of teh application of teh pan card was submitted during the time of registration of the property.

Now it has been 26 days her pan number has still not arrived and not even showing online. My deed is still at the registry office as without her pan number i cannot collect the deed. I have also checked online for my deed number and it shows as pending status. The owner of teh land is not much of a help as they are least bothered as they did not sell me their property but i bought the portion of the developers flats and not hers.

I need the deed for various reasons as i cannot wait for n number of days as my family has already shifted in the new apartment and we need to transfer our lpg gas connection, electricity and everything else.

Is there any way i can get my deed without her pan number? the developer who is the actual seller of the property has provided his pan number.

Please help with any suggestion.

Thanks and regards.
