Dear Team, I'm Land Lord Jay. Last year I purchased one agricultural land in Udupi district.
The problem is that purchased land is pending before Land Tribunal Form 2A as agricultural labourer by one lady to claim 5 cents or dwelling house (less than 5 cents or 2 guntas ) in the year 1979.
That lady was already failed applying Form No.7 and finally dismissed by Land Reforms Appalate Authority and Honorable Karnataka High Court.
1. Please suggest me what is the way I have?
2. How can she apply both forms. Form 7 as Agriculturist and Form 2A as Agricultural Labourer in front of Land Tribunal.
3. On what basis that Form 2A can be Dismissed or Rejected by Land Tribunal?
4. Form 2A can be Dismissed based on the High Court and Land Reforms Appalate Authority Orders or Merits?
Can i claim for share in my deceased maternal grand father's property as my mother was expired few months ago. the scenario is that grand father include grand mother and maternal uncle's name in his property and did not created any will in his existence. so what is the possibilities and does i have a right as legal heir to get share in his property?

My father has been taken land in Maharashtra in 2005 through power of attorney. He is death in 2016. He has not done 7/12 and sale deed, but all the agriment papers are with me. Payments has been done in 2005. In power of attorney has written that cause of any reason the power of attorney will not cancel. There is not mention my name or my mother's name. Can I do 7/12? Pls help me sir.

This is Ashraf, my brother bought a flat in 1991 in chennai, and he is a NRI, and unaware of 'SALE DEED', the builder has registered only a "SALE AGREEMENT" and now when he tried to sell the flat only he realized that 'SALE DEED' is missing from him, also the builder is not traceable now.
So, he approached lawyers in chennai for legal advice, and he was told that he could get a "SELF DECLARATION DEED" as a only option, since he has all documents regarding the possession of the flat like property tax, EB and water tax.
If he gets the "DECLARATION DEED", is that possible to sell the property ? what is the procedure ?

My parents bought house in 2014. They didn't think much about parking space and all. There were two storage areas made in building in the basement. Upon enquiring one flat owner said builder had sold them the space. But when I saw map of our building there was nothing like storage room. So now, I'm wondering if Builder can sell a parking space as fixed parking in residential flat building?
Mother had life interest in Father's Estate. Took income for 13 years. Mother died in July 2016. Executors refused to file probate in March 2017. Both Witnesess to Will signed affidavits verifying the signatures in March 2017.
Some Estate assets are still not traced due to missing original paperwork and difficulty with Banks in last 12 months.
Sole, residual beneficiary wants to file petition with the help of a lawyer in Kolkata for Letter of Adm. with Will annexed.
Beneficiary can justify the delay in filing by enormous documentary evidence .
Q 1 :Is there a time limit for filing the petition for LOA with Will annexed ? If yes, what the time limit for filing ?
Q2 : If Estate assets are over 1 crore rupees, which court the petition needs to be filed, Sessions Court or Kolkata High Court ?

What is right of a daughter's son in ancestral property.
