Dear Sir/Madam
i am having a property at kandivali my name appears in PR card, Assessment bill, inquiry Register, my matter is pending at N.A department Bandra there also my name will appear clearly within a month. From many years we are not collecting rent from tennants, therefore they have formed a welfare society and collecting rent from many years now i want to start collecting rent from tennants what should i do legally? how can i claim for the rent collected from society from many years , they have also taken money from new tennants as trasfer amount . can i file a case at EOW?

Spelling mistake in the initial of name in encumbrance certificate will cause any issue while spelling...except this all the documents were correct...i applied for encumbrance certificate by submitting all the detials correctly...but they typed intial wrong they typed G.V instead of C.V.....

How long it will take to get legal heir certificate from kerala...applied in September from thrissur dt...both father and mother died submitted al the detials including deatch certif of both in thasildar office.....

This is with regard to the agreement done during construction stage on Stamp paper of 100/1000 Rupees. I would like to know whether is it valid at the time of completion i.e whether it is valid for futher process orf registration and stamp duty. Even though if it is not registered with the registar office. Please highlight the same in detail.

IS e- stamp paper VALID for commercial agreement and also the stamp paper mention on top INDIA NON JUDICIAL
and heading is Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi

My property was constructed by Cidco in 1987, after which it was purchased Buyer 1 and now I have purchased it from Buyer1. But I found that there is no occupancy certificate in the documents provided to me. How do I get this?

Hi Everyone, We owned a joint property in my name along with my younger brother and my mother each having 1/3 share each. Unfortunately my younger brother passed away 1 year back. He did leave a hand written will behind which was un registered. In his will he had mentioned that he is bequeathing all his assets including property to his wife without specifically mentioning the property details. My Brother has a minor daughter and widowed wife now.
We have no conflict and are happy to transfer the 1/3 share of my brother to his widowed wife and daughter. We intend to sell the property and divide the proceeds in the same manner i.e 1/3 goes to my mother and 1/3 goes to my brothers wife and his daughter ( my brother's share in the property) and 1/3 comes to me. A
part from the un registered hand written will, death certificate and property documents, what all documents will be required to sell this property. How should we proceed with this matter to get all the documentation in place? Also is it necessary to have all the legal proceeding done in the area where the property is located? Thanks
