Sir, my category belongs to OBC in central and my father is state govt employee ..
So I applied for central jobs with OBC category and at that time my father's monthly income was 62k (annual less than 8Lakhs) but I didn't applied for OBC certificate then..
Now I selected for a Job , and I need to submit OBC certificate..
But now my father's annual income was more than 8Lakhs. And For tahasildar office which month's salary certificate I need to submit in order to get OBC certificate? Now can I join for that job by giving old salary certificate for OBC ? Tensed help me out ..

I have father who is a senior citizen and who has recently operated for foot finger. We have a matter that is going in lower courts. I want to take power of attorney from my father to represent on his behalf - that is myself and my wife. In case if I am not available than my wife can represent on my father behalf. What is the meaning of phrase jointly and severally in power of attorney document. Please reply.

Dear Sir,
One of my known person own a residential plot in the name of himself and his daughter, who is 17 years old i.e. minor as on date. He has constructed the house from his own funds. Now some work is still to be done but he is not having funds. Hence wants to avail housing loan. Kindly guide, property can be mortgaged. If yes under which section/rule and competent authority if any legal permission is required for mortgaging the property.

My father took a loan in 2005 and it becomes N.P.A. next year due to non-payment of the same loan due to weak financial conditions of my father. Now my father passed away 3 years ago. I am minor at that time. I have no documents related to that loan. How I ask for the documents related to the Loan from the Bank. Orally I have demanded for the same but they can't give me yet. How I do ask in writing. Suggest a way.
