There are 2 partners in firm(Ex-A,B)B want to retire and another one i.e C want to join.New partner would be A AND C. SO DO WE NEED TWO SEPARATE DEED FOR IT OR WE CAN MAKE IN ONE DEED. In which ever case please provide me the format.

Hi I m archna my problem is that in my family pension book after my dad ws mom ...but after my mom if I m applying for family pension so my bank sayes my name is not in pension book wht would I do to get my family pension kindly help

Sir I assured the party to sell a land for 10 lakhs and I got an advance payment of 50000.But now I'm in a situation not to sell the land and when I repay the advance the party doesn't get cooperated with me.I haven't made any agreement regarding advance payment but I have given the xerox of the land registration. Is there any way for the party to threaten me or do any legal problem regarding the land with that photocopy kindly suggest a way and a solution to get rid of this problem

DOB and Name mentioned in my birth certificate is different . But father and mother name is same mentioned .I want to change my DOB and Name . No body taking responsibility both birth registration authority and health dept. I don't have the proof of my birth certificate name and DOB . in this case what I suppose to do to rectify my birth certificate

I AM HAVING AN IT COMANY,HAVING ONE PARTNER BEFORE IN MARCH 2018.On 28 march i buy all his share legally and he was out from the compnay.Yesterday i came to know that somone has given a purchase of 16 lacs to his relative company and they want to know the status.When i called that company they showed me a photo copy of my comany lettter head in which a Purchas order was given to them by my company.And there were my signature on that.I never signed any purcashe order or any thing like this.I was shocked by this.I asked them orignal copy they said we only have this photo copy no orignal.I know this forged document by please guide how to proof this.I want to be preapred before they take any legal step against me.
Please guid please help

As per Partnership Act 1932 section 67 any person can obtain by paying fees any thing which is in the Register of Firms and according to section 66 inspect the register and filed documents.
But when approached to Registrar of Firms, Partnership Deed of a Firm is required, the said was denied and when Act was shown, answer was given , this can not be given as our office has never given in this manner to any thing to anyone, I won’t give anything, do whatever you like.
Please let me know what can be done to get the same from Registrar of Firms
