The lower court order was given in vernacular. I cannot read it. Any option available to request the court to provide the translated version?( Other than the one which we itself do with local translaters)

My father had purchased a plot in raipur in 2014 in name of my brother .the land was registered but mutation was pending. My brother died unmarried in 2015. Now is mutation possible and what is the procedure.

Hi Experts
My name as per my 10th class is MOHSIN HASSAN RAINA. Whereas in 12th and after wards it got change to MOHSIN HUSSAN RAINA. Now I have my name in 12th, Graduation, postgraduation, PRC, cateogary certificate as MOHSIN HUSSAN RAINA.
Can I change name through gazette to use 2nd one. Will be it sufficient to apply for govt job and others.

Our ancestral village is in meerut and we live in meerut city have all the documents voter id ration card etc meerut city. I have done all my education from meerut city.
Before two year we shifted to delhi but delhi govt didnt issue us obc certificate.
Then we get it from meerut city by showing our period of stay all. Scholing from meerut city and patwari report from previous colony where we lived there.
My query is does it make any problem that we get it from meerut city tahsildar officer not from our village area tehsil office.
But its obc ncl certificate that should be issue from dm office then there should be any confusion sir kimdlg guide

I born and brought in up but from last 2 year our family have shifted to other state. Now i need central caste obc certificate.
1) can i get central obc certificate from UP i have father voter id ration card and proof to show that we are resident of up.
2) But no one from our family leave there at UP should we take a room on rent for certificate issue or authoirty issue that certificate simply on basis of document and filed verification that we lived in UP FOR FOR 20 YEAR AND OUR NATIVE STATE IS UP. I M UP RESIDENT BY BIRTH

It is requested kindly give me advise on this issue of transfer of immoveable property like house about 100 sq. yards.
My father has died and has made a will in which all three sisters have mentioned that they will give up their shares and signed it. The Home of 100 sq. feet is divided in three parts. I do not know what type of documents be needed for transfer of property in sharing three brothers.

Sir, i had taken personal loan from axis bank 2 years back, but due to loss of job i was unable to pay the emi and finally became npa, they had taken blank cheques during the disbursement and now they have filled it and submitted it and it got bounced because of insufficient amount in my account in another bank, can they file criminal case against me?

Bank ask my company to pay stamp duty on letter of continuing security relating to the CC limit, my query is only about is it necessary to pay stamp duty on letter of security because I ask other banks they said Rs. 500 stamp duty need to pay but when I ask my bank from which I took CC limit they said to pay 0.2 percent on total amount. However my company already paid 0.2 percent stamp duty on deed of hypothecation relating to same CC limit. Request to expert kindly guide me on above how much stamp duty need to pay in Maharashtra.

Hello,
I run a educational institution which is a registered proprietorship firm.
Can I design & conduct a short term course and also issue a course completion certificate to students?
Do I need to take some approval from a govt body or an educational institution for the same?
