Dear sir
I sold my Indica car one month ago. I've got the delivery note of my vehicle from the purchaser and the sale receipt. The new buyer is yet to register the vehicle in his name. Inspite of repeated requests he is delaying it. How can I intimate the sale to the RTO? I want this to be done early as I require the legal sale of car validated for claiming the Exchange bonus from the new car purchase.

Extent difference in Patta and Legal documents
For a Property (Land), the total extent in legal documents is 1862 Sq.ft, whereas in Patta it is 1.5(Are).
As far as I understand 1(Are)= 1076 Sq.ft.
So total extent should be 1.73(Are), Is this difference acceptable. Is the extent mentioned in Patta a rounded off value
