Please let me know the Process to start a Private English Medium School In Orissa. We are planning to start the school upto class 2 level... later we ll look further if we can manage the school properly....

I was wondering whether there is any legal bar to executing a Power-of-Attorney by the Principal in which the Attorney is empowered to execute further Powers-of-Attorney on behalf of the Principal. Any clarification would be appreciated.

Dear Experts,
I am being harassed by RTO Mumbai.
The case is that I have to transfer my vehicle form Haryana to Mumbai and for that I have obtained NOC from Gurgaon , Haryana. This NOC has been submitted to RTO Mumbai and which they sent to RTO Gurgaon for verification. They also received verification.
Still they are asking for an INDEMNITY BOND stating to absolve them of any issues arising in future due to past accident history etc of vehicle.
I even submitted the INDEMNITY BOND but ATTESTED BY NOTARY.
To which the RTO Officer has objection stating that it should be ATTESTED BY EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATE.
I don't see any merit in his statement.
Kindly advise what I should do? Should I file a RTI to know why is it required?

respected sir,
i belong to ST category. i recently obtained my caste certificate from govt. NEMMADI centre. but since it was in KANNADA , it was rejected and i am told to bring the same certificate written in ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
i again went back to nemmadi centre to ask for an english version of my ST cast certificate. i gave them notary attested copies of prev CASTE CERTIFICATE (kannada), and all other required documents. NEMMADI WORKER took all the documents and verified and gave them back to me along with a form / sworn letter where i have to put my signature along with my parent's sign. AND SHE told me to go to TEHSIL OFFICE.
NOW I AM CONFUSED. for what reason i am being supposed to go to tehsil office? why it became necessary now as i wasnt supposed to go anywhere else than BHOOMI e-centre while obtaining KANNADA CASTE CERTIFICATE. AM I SUPPOSED TO APPLY FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE CASTE CERTIFICATES DIRECTLY IN TEHSIL OFFICE ONLY? OR AM I BEING SENT THERE FOR ANY VERIFICATION ? IF IT IS FOR VERIFICATION, WHY? AS I ALREADY HAVE A CASTE CERTIFICATE GIVEN BY TEHSIL THEMSELVES ONLY FEW DAYS BACK! (tehsil office is currupt so i dont want to get into the shoes of any staff there)
AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET AN ENGLISH LANGAUGE CASTE CERTIFICATE FROM A KANNADA LANGUAGE CASTE CERTIFICATE
? i am from bangalore karnataka. caste certificate i applied for is of education purpose.

out clients are done business up to 31st march., 2011 and they decided to change & nature of the business from trading to rental income.
1) please provide the specimen deed.
2) if the lease/rental income will come under what head,
3) in the position assessee has got doubt in relating to partners Interest & Remuneration

I want to give GPA to cancel the buy agreements done by me and to apply for the utility services to my existing properties India.
The contents of the POA will be as follows:
That my said Power of Attorney Holder is authorised to sign and present Buy-
Deed, Agreement to Buy or Confirmation Deed or Cancellation Deed or Cancellation of any previously done Registered/Un-Registered Buy Agreements or any Deed or Document for Registration before Sub-Registrar/Registrar or any other Competent Authority, to enter into Agreement for Buy, Grant the Receipts, to sign documents, Agreements, Applications of all sorts, forms, transfer
applications and other required statements and papers, to do each and everything
in connection with the Registration of the Buy-Deed or any other Deed or Agreement on behalf of me in India.
That my said power of Attorney holder is authorised to file application to get
new electric power supply connections to my properties in India from Tamil Nadu
Electricity Board regarding their electric service, to ask for / obtain the receipt of the same, to apply for additional quota of electricity / higher electricity power, to give application, affidavit, bond, declaration etc. in the same concern, to deposit the amount of estimate in the same concern, to receive the amount of refund in the same concern, to receive and give receipt of the same concern, to apply for change / alter the electric meter, to give written objection to the same authority and to do each and everything in connection with the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board on behalf of me.
Please advise whether I have to mention the exact property details of the Buy agreements made.
