Sir,
If one is in a MNC and have deposited security amount at the start.. But now that person want to leave the company, so i have few queries:
1. How one will break the bond?
2. Is there any way that i can break the bond and will get full/some security amount back?
3. Is there any sort of legal action which company can take if left in between? Means which one realy need to fear abt :)

3 year back i made an agreement eith my elder brother to sale my two roomed flat but he did pay me advance some money but did not paid any payment further.now he has sent me a notice to give me possesion or he will go for abritation (more over sale of aggrement is a notory public document.now iam not ready to sell him my flat any more.more over i,or he did not send any notice in this time lap.please advice me about this matter .sale agreement is not aregestired one

My name is Gaurav Girish Singh Rathore in my 10 and 10+2 certificates.
But in my Graduation Degree it is Gaurav Girish singh only. My fathers name have a rathore in all certficates.
Will it cause any problem in future in Govt jobs ?

Validity of employment bond
I got a job in a company as Senior Executive Finance & Accounts. They are telling me to sign a bond. But when I gone through the sites and other books, I came to understand that they are only legally enforceable only the company has spend on training me. There is no training here for me.
I am attaching an employment bond and agreement with this mail. Please go through that and let me know the validity of the following points
1. Is this bond legally enforceable
2. Is this one sided or two sided
3. If I am signing the bond and leaving the job before the bond period, what are the consequences?
4. If I break the bond, am I suppose to pay the full money that has been mentioned.
Kindly help... Its urgent
