Lease deed registration

Dear All,

Please guide me in this matter:

A Lease agreement has been executed between 2 parties for a period of 3 years about 2 months ago. Registration of the deed has also been done by paying registration fees and stamp duty. Now the Lessee wants to terminate the lease. What is the procedure to follow in this regard?

Shall the parties have to execute a Termination Agreement and then again has to undergo the process of registration for the
termination agreement.

Please guide me.

Rti act

Good Evening Respected Members
Sir "XYZ" is a public limited government registered financial institution, and my client is a retried school teacher. he had asked for some clarification from the above said financial institution in regard to his home loan account, the information was not given to him.
thn under RTI act we had claimed for the documents mentioned below:
i) Loan Amount: Rs 19,90,000/-
ii) EMI’s : Rs 20,041/-
iii) Till date how many EMI’s paid: ??
iv) Till date principal paid: ??
v) Till date interest paid: ??
vi) Till date exuberant overdue chargers collected: ??
vii) Balance to pay: ??
viii) Till date how many EMI’s completed: ??
ix) Till date how much interest has been enhanced as per RBI GUIDELINES copies of the RBI GUIDELINES for the enhancement to be enclosed
WE had addressed the claim of documents to the manager, on my letter head.
Now the financial institution had sent me the reply stating that "the RTI Act is not applicable to said Financial institution"

According to my knowledge all private and government sector are applicable of RTI act. And every citizen has a right to claim the documents under RTI aCT.

Since this registered government financial institution is denying to give the documents under RTI act. WHAT is the next course of action can be taken against them according to the court of law.
thank you

Birth certificate issue

Hi,

My problem is as faced by many others.
My Son's Birth Certificate has mother name as, say, 'Mother-Nick". But this is my wife's nick name. Her real name is, say, "Mother-Real".
Now as per passport office, any affidavit or gazette notification, saying changed name from "Mother-Nick" to "Mother-Real", is not valid. They are saying, birth certificate should be corrected first.
Birth registration department says, you can't change the name unless it is spelling mistakes.
I want to this legal way with not short cut. So please advise. Also, how can we have two contradictory laws? This is such a common case.
So, my question, what should I do? How should I get changes done in Birth Certificate of my son? Can I appeal to DM of area where my son was born? I doubt if they will do so as law says changes in mother's first name is not allowed unless it has spelling mistakes or somebody did it with wrong intention.
Also, if birth certificate says mother name as "Mother-Nick" Alias "Mother-Real", will passport office consider "Mother-Real" for passport?
Also, consider this. My son was born in Delhi and now we live in Bangalore.
Thanks,
Anand
