Will the WAKALATNAMA be inadmissible in Courts if the petitioner writes on the WAKALATNAMA that “I an executing this WAKALATNAMA without any compromise with the Complainant/Respondents”? (In order to eliminate any possibility of misuse of the WAKALATNAMA, because the Petitioner resides in another state very far from the court.).
Suggestions please!!!

Sir,
Our flat/Apartment situated in Vadodara Gujarat.There is an Act The Gujarat Ownership Flats Act 1973, means any apartment/Flats constructed in the state of Gujarat have to follow this act and as stated in the act members/owners can form Association from the flat owners and hence bylaws which is to follow by all the owners/members.
My question is that if there is an such ACT is existing than what is the necessity of registering the Owners Association? As the sale deed made and register under this act in the office of sub-registrar by individual flat owner. Than why we go for registering the Association either under co-operative housing society or Service Society?can we assume that our apartment is already registered and hence the Association.
If your answer is register the Association than why such Act are made for?
Please give answer in detail Sir.

presently we, the group of about 7 people are doing charitable work for the blind students. We organise some musical programs where the blind children perform and the proceeds, donations are used for betterment of these students.
Now this group want to make a formal trust for doing this as lot of people have liked this and want to help by contributing officially for this, now the query is :
Should the Trust Deed , proposed to be drafted give the history, also some unused amount from the earlier activities needs to be transferred to this trust, kindly advise.

As the minimum age to Hold a Power Of Attorney is 18 Yrs.
Is there an UPPER AGE LIMIT for any peson to Hold a Power Of Attorney just like RETIREMENT AGE ???

Me and My wife reached to agreement for mutual divorce. We both hired same lawyer and then signed the compromise deed.
But the deed was not produced in court or notary on that day.
So we aggreed to do it some other day but In another court where she hase filed cases me and my family from past 5 years her lawyer asked judge to order for maintainance under dv act.
Now my wife has backed out and she refused to do compromise. The lawyer which we both hired has refused to give me those papers as he is bribed and threatened by my wife.
The lawyer has threatened my he will file fraud cases against me.
Now what can I do to save my family. Can she get the papers from lawyer and misuse it. Can the lawyer get it attested by judge or notarty through unfair means and help my wife to get money.
Can she use that aggrement in court and ask the judge to get her maintainance as i was ready to pay under mutual divorce?
Please help...

Our Krishna Flats(Total 32 Flats),Vadodara Gujarat was handed over by builder to us in 2001-2002.After that We have made Association called Krishna Flats Owners Association,But Still We have not yet registered with the registration Authority of Vadodara Gujarat State.Can The Gujarat Ownership Flats Act, 1973 is applied for us w/o registration.Can Association body/committee take any action on flat owner to follow Laws, Bye-Laws or rules made by Association.
Please give me advise in detail.

Hi,
My husband's friend is working in a gulf country. He is a doctor.
His wife is an engineer and was working in India before wedding. She had resigned that job just after marriage and went with her husband.
After few months, she get bored of sitting at home for whole day and doing nothing!
So she decided to do job there. But in that country there were only few companies
having openings matching with her previous experience.
She struggled a lot to get a job there! But failed every time. Finally she decided to change the job profile and switch in such a field which is having large scope and huge openings in gulf countries.
Now she is planning to show fake experience by creating a fake experience certificate of an Indian Petroleum company.
And using that, she will try for a job in Petroleum industry there.
In this case, is it OK to use a fake certificate OR show false experience?
If she gets job based on fake certificate and if the new company doesn't do verification of the employee background, is there any risk in future?
Suppose she caught by the company in the future about fake experience; is there any chance of arrest? OR it depends only on the company's policy?
In above case, she is using fake exp. certificate of an Indian company in other company. By doing this, she is doing scam with both the companies.
Are there any laws in India or in gulf countries about such kind of fraud?
**** I just want to save her from worst circumstances in the future. So please guide me *******

Sir/ Madam,
If Surname of a female Person has been changed from “Garg” to “Sharma” After Merriage thru an affidavit and the news in this regard was published in news paper also.
The Documents before Marriage (her high school, 12th and Graduation Certificates)
Contain Surname as “Garg” while After Merriage B.Ed. Certificate and all other documents i.e. PAN Card, Bank A/c, Voter ID & Domicile contain new surname “Sharma”.
Now what surname should she /use fill while applying for any government Job?
As instructions are given that name should be filled as per High School Certificate.
Please tell the rules as per law in this regard.
