As per Websites of Kolkata Traffic Police
documents should a driver carry when driving are
• Driving license
• Registration Certificate
• Taxation Certificate
• PUC Certificate
• Insurance Certificate
Now my Question is should I carry the Original Documents or Xerox of Registration Certificate, Taxation Certificate, PUC Certificate &Insurance Certificate?

I posted previously about this fraud consultancy wherein I mentioned how I paid them to secure my admission in Canadian university but recently learned that they hadn't submitted my application while the deadline has long since passed. I contacted the universities directly and they told me that they have no record of my application and that it was never send. I had paid them in advanced and recently I just went over to the office where I left my phone to record our conversation and they said that my application was sent and that it will take a little more time. I have been hearing this since last 3 to 4 months. I has paid around 30000 rupees to 40000 rupees including the packages to be sent in to Canada which I would really like to get back. So how do I proceed with a legal notice? I heard that you can simply draft your own and send them with a time frame to meet the demands? But will that work? (The evidence here is that on the recording they assured me the application was sent in and that they will secure me a seat by if not this semester, the next semester, while the Universities clearly denied it. I even talked to the dean of the admissions department regarding this. The reply was negative!)
If I can draft my own legal notice, I was wondering if I can create one with 2 weeks time frame to meet the demands or if I need to get some form of legal documents to print it in?

A Ltd company wants to enter into supply agreement with B Ltd. The registered office of B Ltd is at Korea and principal place of business at Gurgaon. B Ltd is subsidiary of C Ltd. Now, in the agreement, the reference is given about the place of business of Gurgaon but not of registered office i.e. Korea. So rules of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 will prevail or rules of international chamber of commerce will prevail? And if dispute arise C Ltd will come into the picture or B Ltd.?

Hi All
I applied for Canadian Immigration at Canadian High Commission (CHC) in New Delhi couple of years ago. Now I live in the UK with my wife and 3 year old son. CHC asked us to submit our passports at New Delhi office for visa stamping (they did not transfer our case to London office). As Indian law prohibits sending passports across international borders by post, I authorized my wife (via a notarized affidavit) to carry my passport to India and submit to CHC on my behalf. Now CHC has returned the passports to my wife asking us to renew our son's picture in the passport. To get that done my wife needs to submit a passport photo renewal application to the passport suvidha kendar. Generally both parents have to sign the consent form for minor's passport application. As I don't have my passport with me I can't get a consent form / affidavit from Indian Embassy in UK. So only option left with my wife is to get the passport Annexure G form attested and submit with our son's passport application. The link is given below.

I have few queries around this as below:
1. Is Annexure G fit for purpose?
2. Does anyone see any problems in giving reason for not being able to provide/ obtain consent form from father (myself) as explained above. My worry is that babus who attest Annexure G and the babus at passport office will raise some objections around my situation (that I have sent passport to India) even though this is legal.
3. If above options don't look good, can anyone suggest any alternative to get the picture renewed?
4. Attestation by Judicial magistrate is required. But I believe they don't attest anymore. So who can I approach - tehsildar, notary, SDM?
