Sir,
I want to ask legal procedure in case of LTC Home Town.
First of all i want to inform you that i m a govt. servant and i have availed LTC hometown previous month and claimed for the same.
Now someone in my office have replaced the tickets enclosed with false one and threatening me to file vigilance case due to some personal reasons .i don't have another copy of original tickets.What should i do.is there any legal action can be taken against me.kindly suggest what should i do.

Sir,
We are two partners in a firm carrying on business.We are looking forward to admit a new partner into the firm. What are the documents that should be executed. Should the old partnership deed be cancelled and a fresh deed be prepared, or the fresh partnership deed with the inclusion of new partner be prepared without cancelling the old one?
Also,
Is there any changes required in the PAN CARD after admission of new partner, when the Pan card is in the Firms name.
Please advise as soon as possible. Its urgent.

My land has been encroached by an opposing party. We had to call the police to have the issue sorted. Now i have received a "memorandum of caveat". What does this mean & what are its implications? Does it require me to take any action? Please assist

Sir, My friend actul dob 1976 and born cirtificete mention but school leaving mention dob 1975 so problem in passport office dob place is Surat school leaving is bilimora, and issue of passport 1st time Surat now passport continue in Mumbai my frnd resident at Daman so what we do in change of passport and date of birth certificate pls help us. Thank u

Hello,
I would like to know way regarding below mentioned condition.
In a agreement of lease lessee have a right to extent the time period of lease as per lessee's requirement at the same rate and same terms. There is no clause of increment of rent/lease money.
Now in the inflation market increment of lease money is required.
The Agreement made can be said one sided.
In this particular situation please advice me what ways available to lessor?
