Dear Sir,
My Father wants some medical reports of his Father (My grand father)from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. Can i get these reports under RTI Act? to Which authority i file RTI application MCI (Medical Councile of India) of PIO (Public Information Officer)? Under which section i file application.

Hello sir,
I am working in a private company(not Multinational company) . Now I got a job in the other company. According to the Appointment letter , I had give one month notice period , but still the present company not giving the Reliving letter. And the Future company (Where I am going to join) wants the Reliving letter. I joined in the company on OCT 2013 and submit the Resignation letter on Feb 2014. Basing upon this the present company says "He is not giving Reliving letter them who not Works min. of 6 month with him . But this rule is not mentioned in the Appointment letter .
So please suggest What to do on this. I thought it is the right to every employ to have the reliving letter after complication of the notice period on the resignation letter

can any body mail me the format of indemnity bond and affidavit. first holder of the bank account has expired so stating that transfer the money to the nominee or the joint holder. he also has an huf account with the same bank so nominee will receive the money for that account.

Hi All, Can anyone help? I am planning to buy an apartment in Bangalore in a building where land has "A" Khatha and betterment charges paid and building plan sanction approved by BBMP. But BBMP is only issuing "B" Khatha.
As per the discussion with Builder he told Land is A Khata and Apartment is B Khata and remain quailty apartment is good. and He told bank loan also provide in HDFC,PNB,Axis Bank Thanks in Advance

Need your help to get my dobts clarification on Change of name certificate issue by State Govt of Karnataka.
I recived declaration certificate for change of name of my wife after marrige, but doubt is. is it correct declartion certifiacate or shall i apply this for her career job concerned whithout any confusing in future while submiiting.

govt. in their order no. GAD 1 DCN 66 dated 8th march 1967, have laid down the procedure for the change of names only in respect of karnataka state govt. servants. Those persons who are not in karnataka state govt. service have to seek their own legal advice as to the procedure which they should follow.

Good day.
My neighbor is a differently able person [having 100% disability- certified by Govt] and getting monthly pension from Govt.
He has no property/income except INR.1000/month from Govt.
His son is a student and his brother is supporting to buy medicine and food.
Now when he contacted Village Administrative officer, for income certificate to get assistance for the marriage of his daughter, the VAO says his income is more. I know my neighbor for a long time. He is really poor.
Please inform me on who the onus is to prove the income.

hallo,my brother in law has got a gas agency under rgglv of indian oil,now for the construction of godown the house which is on my father in laws name is going to be broken,can any legal document be made so that whatever income is made may be distributed between the two brothers i.e between my husband and brother in la plz help as soon as possible.....
sir,the house is on my grand mother-in-laws name and she is alive now
