I sold a piece of land to an individual based on a agreement and received money for same. Later it turns out the money was siphoned illegally from a educational society and paid to me. Can i be held responsible for taking stolen money? Can I declare the agreement as null & void because of illegal consideration? I found out only recently that it was siphoned money.

we are having our family property earned by my late grandfather, his legal hires 5, after my grand pa death my dad and his siblings not cooperative among them and they register a legal partition document with out one legal hire knowledge, later that absent party filled a case and cancelled that partition register,
during these time two of hires intentionally sold their portion to third party few years back,
but as per government documents all the property still in my grand pa name because of do not having legal and law full partition deed,
now we all 5 people agree to draft and register a law full partition deed with all satisfaction,
now my question is, is it possible? and what about the third parties who bought the land from two the parties? please advice,

I want to make a passport, while filling the form i came across a question about being charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/summon pending before a court of india. An FIR was filed against me and i had to take a conditional bail from the High Court although the proceeding haven't started yet nor do I have to go to the court for dates. So do how do i answer this question? a yes or a no? please help

Respected Sir's,
Please advise that one of my friend had been arrested in domestic violence case and his mom had kept the surety of Rs 10k in the form of FD. thereafter the matter was withdrawn by the complainant. and later the said FD was collected by my friend's advocate. now my friend is demanding the said FD (original) from his advocate but he says he have lost it and he is not responding in good tone. now please advise how to get the FD amount release from the bank? thanks.

My name is somasekhar , i have joined btech in 2008 ,due to fees problem i cant pay the fees ,i stoped my education when i went to college to ask certificates 10 th and 12th they are saying that after paying full fees certificates will be given other wise we wont give ur certifictes . I need ur advice wat steps should i take and were should i complain

Sirs,
I have one problem regarding community certificate.
My client is SC community in Karnataka state. His origin is karnataka. Now he is shifted his family to Tamilnadu and live for the past 25 years. now he apply community certificate for his children at Tamilnadu. but as per Tamilnadu govt. record there is no people in his community, hence Tashildar did not issue the community certificate.
Now the problem is how my client get community certificate in SC category for his children. help me?

Kindly Provide Various sections related to Assault or Violence on Duty Government Doctors . ( IPC, Cr.PC or other Laws ).
" In GANDHI HOSPITAL, Hyderabad, a duty lady pg and housie are beaten up by aggressive attenders dated 29-06-2014."
Many incidents have occurred in Osmania and Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad and the Government was asked several times for the provision of Special Protection Force but it has not been implemented yet.
