Dear Expert,
I own a training firm which is registered under Bombay shop and establishment acts.
I am a sole proprietor who provides trainings to school teachers and corporate companies in the subjects like soft skills, communication skills, motivation etc
Am I eligible to issue certificates in the name of my own firm to the institute / firm / participants for attending my training sessions / workshops?

I have a Hutter Identity Survey 2000 for Greater Mumbai copy. This copy is a small slip filled and given to us by the government officials. We did not get the upper copy. Signature and photo was taken from my mother.The slip number is 0278594.How can i check the upper slip. Where should i go? What is it used for? Is it an eligibility card for sra scheme. Is it enough for the eligibility. Mhada officials told my mother that this is enough and its important.
Please advise as the sra officials are making us run and all are waiting to eat money. Its been 8 years now. How can i attach a document to show you.

This is bhaskar want to a clarification of change of name. my frined name is V kumari (before marriage and ssc certificate also). After marriage she was discontinued her studies since 2004 . After marriage her name was changed in S.Rajani instead of V.Kumari. she had got pan card and aadhar card and bank account in the name of S.Rajani. .Now she will continue further studies. what name is taken will go further studies. Is possible to take S.Rajani further studies and any issues in future if she get government jobs. Please clarify.

Hello,
I am presently working in a Government department as an LDC and handling all the Litigation matters. I appeared before a District court and recorded my statement but didn't have any authority letter. Now the Hon'ble court has directed me to produce the authority letter from the head of the department on the Next date of hearing and also bound down me for the NDOH. I have intimated this to my department but it seems they are not gonna issue me any authority letter. They are telling me that a senior officer will go with me on the NDOH. Please tell me what could happen if i don not produce the authority letter before the Hon'ble court on NDOH.

I have made RTI on BOB bank for the information But i have not get the proper respone from their side they said that the non judicial stamp which i have attache with RTI is not Vaild.

Sir,
In my case the opposite party filed unregistered document of my execution which is liable for stamp duty.As I opposed and denied the execution but opposite party insisted for sending the disputed signature to expert handwriting for arriving at genuineness of the signature on the disputed document. As per the request of the opposite party court was obliged to send the document after impounding for payment of stamp duty. Unfortunately for some unknown reasons the opposite party not paid the stamp duty. Two questions arise, firstly what will be the status of such unregistered document not paid stamp duty for evidence. Secondly the unregistered and unpaid document is destoryed or defaced or return to the opposite party. The registration office is bound to sent the unpaid unstamped document back to the court or it is retained in the registration office.
Please kindly advise.

Sir advice me in drafting sale agreement
Like seller has mortgaged the property in bank for 13 lac now the rate has been finalize between buyer and seller . the buyer is paying a small amount of 5 lacs as advance and he said he will settle the balalnce on before 3 month of agreement , now the seller want to include a point in agreement copy like the buyer will settle the dues to bank for the mortgaged property or he will give the the loan amount to seller for releasing the document from bank before sales registration , I need the correct sentence or words for writing in the in sale agreements .

I am suresh age 24. I belong to Rajasthan. My ancestral house is there, my father have many document of Rajasthan and I was also born in Rajasthan. We are living in haryana from last 18 years as my father works in a limited company here. I mentioned our temporary haryana address as permanent address and temporary address in all documents. We also bought property here but its not mentioned in any of my document. My cast is SWAMI which is in obc for haryana state only but not in central list of haryana. At the same time my cast is in state list and central list of Rajasthan as obc. I want to make my obc from Rajasthan to avail obc in upsc and cgl. I don't have voter I'd yet. Also 12 year ago I made haryana domicile and obc certificate but now they are saying this certificate is obsolete and u need to apply a new one. This time I want to make it from Rajasthan somehow. My grandfather are still living in Rajasthan. Question is...can I avail Rajasthan obc legally....will there be any issue if I somehow able to make it from Rajasthan. What is the procedure for it.
