Dear sir, Our district central co. op. bank in maharashtra at kolhapur district has financed a co. op society by mortgaging their properties by one single mortgage deed registered at kolhapur registrar, in which the properties in kolhapur,mumbai, pune, satara, sindhudurg districts were mortgaged to bank in year 2001.These are some other disricts than kolhapur.Is the mortgage is legal/valid. what was the juridiction of registrar to register the mortgage in year 2001 in maharashtra.

sir , im a intern now going to b dr. i m not given charter cer. from college .because during internship time we had done a pen down strike/prtest against the principal . so now he is not givin cer. n sayin that he will issuse us a bad character cer... we all need character cer. for reg.no. n furter job opportunitis. plz sir kindly help us ... what we can do ?

hello..i belong to st category in mirzapur district of uttar pradesh..and my tribe come under ST reservation in that area only..but my parenrs have permanent house at allahabad..can i get ST certificate..i mean long time back we moved to allahabad..plz help
soon i have to appear in entrance examination..i want to have certificate before that..what are the proofs by which i can prove i belong to tribes of mirapur..THANKS IN ADVANCE

HI,i belong to jhaunsari tribes ..whic is mainly from the area jhaunsari-babar uttrakhand..but my father's permanent address is in ALLAHABAD..we have been residing in allahabad from long time..JHAUNSARI tribes come under st category..in UP also..can i apply for certificate..i mean is ST reservation is region wise..as this tribe is found in jahunsari-bwar in uttrakhand..nt in UP..but we shited long time back to allahabad and have ration card from here only
