Hi Sir,
Whether JMFC Court can grant bail in offence u/s. 326 of IPC ?
In exceptional circumstances Court can grant bail in offence u/s. 326 of IPC.
Please suggest and provide case law regarding above issue.

There is no bar on jfmc in granting bail in 326 ipc.

Yes there is no bar. But i think court will call for the medical report before passing any order.
