if the tenant himself wants to develop the land obtain by him under section 32 g of BTAAL ACT, then
1. whether the permission under section 43c is require. (here tenant do not want to transfer his land)
6. whether any other permission is require under any law
please help

If the tenant himself is developing the land then it is not necessary obtain permission u/s43 of the Act. see AIR 1974 Guj 103
