Dear experts, apart from will, what are the other documents/deeds in which two attesting witnesses is mandatory?

For agreement of sale, gift deed and adoption deed.

in every instrument at least two witness are required,

As per the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act,the following are the documents requiring compulsory attestation by two or more witnesses:-

1.Mortgage Deed

2.Gift Deed.

As per sec.63 of the Indian Succession Act,a will requires compulsory attestation by two or more witnesses.

All these three documents fall under the purview of Sec.68 of the Indian Evidence Act for proof.
