Sir,
I am Officer transferred to Dena Bank, service Branch Bangalore.
Making non availability of system in a planned manner, and putting me in unwanted position on which I cannot have any means to defend and referring higher level about my transfer which is not their duty, and making me to talk unwanted words.
Challenging my Income, Education and status every day and want prove it for their....
Please guide
1. Whether I have to report Association of which I am member.
2. Whether I have to represent higher level for referred threat.
3. Whether I can take leave for leave for a week keeping the thing unresolved.
Legal opinion which I require.

As an Officer you don't even ask this. First report the matter to your Association.
I don't even understand as to what do you mean when you say:

Dear Vinayak,
Any of your three proposed actions can escalate the issues. Nobody would help you, rather you would become a target of more mockery.
Nobody can challenge your income, education and status. Better try to blow any question like cigarette smoke and try to divert the issues with brief reply that authorities have the relevant record of your income education and status who appointed you or keep silent. Just after lapse of some time everything would die its own death.

But, you have not mentioned, who is attempting to victimise you, whether your higher authorities or your own subordinates in so far as they question about your income, education and status?

Sir,
Your problem is quite genuine. The reason is that you are sincere in your work. Your colleagues , specially your immediate boss are in league with your colleagues are deliberately creating this problem.I advise you simply write to your immediate boss an email with a copy to your zonal head requesting that you have not provided with a system so far and should be provided one to enable you to discharge your duties. failing which it will not be possible for you to discharge your duties.You will not have to request them again. Simply keep calm at work. and enjoy you win all those as friends.Contact over mobile if you need any more solutions.

Thank you for your opinion for my present level circumstance.
Tanking name of law I cannot live.
Only solution I find is my mother’s word,

My Mother was not qualified in Law.
