Arbitration matter

Dear All,

Can anyone pls suggest me any judgement of High court/ Supreme Court in respect of Arbitration matter, wherein section 11(6) is invoked without complying the clauses pertaining to other mechanism of resolution of disputes before invoking arbitration clause?

It is not clear what mechanism to resolve dispute is there in your agreement, whether it is condition precedent for invoking arbitration clause, it is also not clear whether notice for appointment of arbitrator has been issued.please contact advocate at your place.
