Application under section 457 of CRPC

(Querist) 11 April 2018 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, few days back, my bike was stolen from , I registered a FIR with a nearest police station sultan puri delhi. Now the bike is recovered in samaypur badli thana and same have been transferred to sultan puri thana. Now police officer asking to pay 4000 rs to release the bike from thana.
Please help me to get my bike back at the earliest possible time pls.

Have made application before court u/s 457 ?

They can get orders from the Court for release of the vehicle.
