Appeal in criminal case

(Querist) 05 January 2022 This query is : Resolved
Application for prepone of date was filled in criminal complaint IPC Private and court rejected the sane. My query is can any appeal be filled before District and Session Judge against the order of JMFC.
Quick Summary
An application to bring forward a court date in a criminal case was rejected by the JMFC. The user is asking if an appeal can be filed with the District and Session Judge against this order. However, the advice given is that such an order cannot be appealed or revised as the rights of the parties are not yet finalised. The correct course of action would be to file a petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. before the High Court.
