Appeal in criminal case

(Querist) 05 January 2022 This query is : Resolved 
Application for prepone of date was filled in criminal complaint IPC Private and court rejected the sane. My query is can any appeal be filled before District and Session Judge against the order of JMFC.

You can challenge the same only under Section 482 of Cr.P.C before High Court.
Rights of the parties not finalised. Hence no appeal or revision can be filed challenge the same
