I am contesting an Annulment/Divorce case filed by wife on ground of my impotency just one month after marriage. Counselling and mediation already failed. She somehow produced virginity certificate in her evidence session, and I will also produce my potency certificate in my evidence session. In such a context what will be the fate of this case? What will be the judge's next move? What else could I do to defend myself? plz help

your wife has challenged on the basis of impotency and she must produce the proof of your impotency and not of her virginity. it is the understanding of both the spouses to intercourse with each other. if your wife does not want to intercourse with you than what is the consequence as she will remain virgin. it is duty of your wife to prove you impotent. so first she will prove you impotent than you produce your certificate potency in the court.

Sir, I have already given a false statement in my counter that we had sex a few times. Absence of sex was not because of my impotency but her refusal for sex on some other issues.
Now, she submitted virginity certificate and in my evidence state I'm going to submit potency certificate.
So, what will be the fate of her annulment petition? Is it better to submit potency certificate on my own, or wait her to ask for my potency test in court? Anything else could I do to get safeguard myself? plz help
