In the given case , what is the Justified compensation is to assessed with all reasonsability and judicious mind - on the faceof it the compensation should be reasonable with reference to the damage / injury / loss sustained /property loss/ Sevice defects / several factors

Dear Anshul Amount of compensation claimed depends several factors viz. amount of loss, status in society, position or nature of job of the person claiming compensation etc. Hence, while claiming compensation one should cleverly take into account above noted factors and should also go through those judgement which have laid down the criteria for claiming compensation. U have not asked in which cases u need a determination of compensation. In consumer case determination of compensation will be on the injury and hardhip caused to the consumer. And in accidental cased compensation will be detemined considerating the age, income and loss caused.
