I want to purchase agriculture land in gujarat. How is it possible.
if i am having agriculture land in rajathan can i purchase agriculture in gujarat. What is the procedure.

Obtain a certificate from State of Rajasthan as an agriculturist and while purchasing the agricultural land in Gujarat, use that certificate as in Gujarat only agriculturist can purchase agricultural land. There is no specific different procedure there.

sorry sir mr. rajkumar as per gujarats law no agriculturist other than gujarat buy this land. only agriculurist of gujarat has right to buy the land in gujarat as per bombay agricultural lands tenency act of gujarat.
