MY CLIENT'S PROPOSED PRODUCT IS WHEAT FLOUR AND MANUFACTURING IS BEING DONE AT BAREILLY UTTAR PRADESH. ( NEW UNIT ) WHO ARE THE LICENCING AUTHORITIES ETC. PLEASE RESOLVE MY QUERY SOON.
