Age limit for llb degree / charter / practice

Is there any upper age limit for LLB degree ? (3 years). Is the upper age limit of 30 years applicable for the degree or for charter ? I mean - can one who is more than 30 years get the degree by completing the course if doesnt need to have the charter ?

Is the rule of no charter after 30 years effective ?
