After taking divorce, can ex-wife can carry her husbands name on legal documents ? like pan card, election card and passport

Answer: Not Advisable.

This is for your kind information in pan card, husband name never mentioned.
and for election card and passport, wife have to apply concern department for correction.

If the husband objects, the wife can not continue using the surname/ last name of the husband.

The same was held by Bombay HC and later upheld by SC.
