I have a website and im earning about 15-20000/- per month from google adsense do i have to pay tax for this.If yes how much tax do i have to pay???

where are you staying ? every person earning money by way of net access he also liable to pay tax, but limitation is there.

Yes. you have to pay tax on your net income in excess of the prescribe limit.
