HOW CAN D ADOPT TO CHILD C ??
Can natural mother made a adopt mother?

A- female, B- male
A and B married in 1998
c child of spouse
Then divorce between A and B in 2006
A has custody of child C till date

B is Un married till date
now A married with D in 2010

HOW CAN D ADOPT TO CHILD C ??
B IS GIVEN CONSENT TO ADOPTION DEED

Natural mother will remain natural mother, she cannot become an adoptive mother just becoz her second husband adopts her natural child. When B has given concent for adoption then there is no hurdle at all. Prepare an adoption deed with the help of an advocate and get it registered.
