Muslim united kingdom(u.k)National want to adopt his nephew who is Indian national . Weather he has to take permission form uk govermant what is procedure for adoption to Indian by forgian national .in with court petition has to be filled

Adoption is a concept that is completely alien to Islamic Law. Infact no form of legitimization is allowed. Only some isolated communities in Islam allow adoption. The Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1973 allows those communities to follow their customs w.r.t adoption. You'd have to see whether your sect allows adoption or not under its customary law.

If it is sanctioned. Intra Country Adoptions have been allowed by the Courts in India after necessary safeguards, permissions from the Indian Consul there in your country and Indian counter-part.

Muslim male can not adopt as per Shariat, but if he is a citizen of the country, where Shariat application in personal law is not applicable for marriage and other familial responsibilities, then you can adopt as per the requirements of the country.

If adoption is to take place in UK, being a UK national, you may have to abide by English Law and to file petition in UK only.

If you have to adopt the boy in India, you may have to abide by the provisions of Shariat.
